Todd McDaniel brings extensive expertise in technology leadership, software development, and business operations to his role as CEO of RefMed. His unique background combines financial acumen, technical innovation, and entrepreneurial success, positioning him to lead RefMed’s mission of transforming healthcare pricing transparency.
Prior to founding RefMed, Todd served as Vice President at Dynavistics, a Microsoft partner and software development company, where he managed development and sales operations while fostering strategic partnerships and driving product innovation. As owner of Dynavistics, he established himself as a leader in enterprise software solutions, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics implementations and custom software development.
Earlier in his career, Todd gained international experience working for Meta4, a HR and payroll software development firm in Madrid, Spain, after beginning his career as a controller in Tampa. His expertise spans multiple disciplines, including software development, system implementation, and business process optimization, having worked with leading technology consulting firms such as ACE Microtechnology, ePartners, and IDEAL Consulting.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Southern College in 1989 and attained his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1994. He holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Trainer. Todd currently leads RefMed from its headquarters in Lakeland, Florida.
