An accomplished healthcare technology leader, Cindy Ziegler brings over two decades of expertise in client success, implementations, and strategic growth to her role as Vice President of Client Services at RefMed. Throughout her career, she has established a reputation for building and leading high-performing teams while consistently exceeding client expectations and driving operational excellence.
Prior to RefMed, Cindy served as Senior Director of Client Implementations at One Call, where she directed a team of 20 professionals and achieved significant improvements in implementation quality and customer satisfaction. She previously served as Vice President of Client Success at Spreemo (later acquired by One Call), where she maintained an impressive 98% client retention rate while managing relationships with over 150 clients. Earlier in her career, Cindy held leadership positions at FairPay Solutions and Progressive Medical, where she consistently drove revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
