Cindy Ziegler is a seasoned healthcare leader and the Vice President of Client Services at RefMed. She brings over 20 years of experience leading client services, driving strategic growth, and delivering operational excellence across healthcare organizations. With a strong commitment to client satisfaction, Cindy prioritizes the client experience that blends strategic insight with hands-on support, helping organizations achieve measurable results through strong, service-focused partnerships.

Prior to joining RefMed, Cindy held senior leadership roles at several national healthcare organizations. At One Call, she served as Senior Director of Client Implementations, leading teams dedicated to enhancing the client experience and driving long-term success. She also served as Vice President of Client Success at Spreemo, where she led the Client Success team with a focus on strengthening client engagement, driving retention, and delivering measurable value. Earlier in her career, Cindy was Vice President at FairPay Solutions and held leadership roles at Progressive Medical, where she consistently contributed to business growth, operational improvements, and scalable service models.

Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Sports Administration.
